Submissions are now open
The CinemaStreet Women’s Short Screenplay Competition invites women screenwriters to submit short screenplays (20 minutes and under) to CinemaStreet Pictures for production consideration. The winning screenplay will be offered an option for the film for $1,000.
The first winner, 6:18 FROM OMAHA by Leah Curney, was shot in late 2020, and is currently in circulation The production photo above features 6:18 to Omaha director Dana Offenbach, actors Vincent Piazza and Andrea-Rachel Parker, and crew.
CinemaStreet Pictures is currently in pre-production for the winning script of the 2021 competition, Love From Friends, by Elise Marenson.
